With over 25 years’ experience in senior roles as well as company and commercial law, our founder Sam is highly regarded within the industry. He brings a wealth of knowledge and a personable approach to all projects, and is committed to working collaboratively with his clients throughout the whole process.
Phillip’s experience with multi-residential, office fit outs and large scale industrial developments has seen him work with the likes of Endeavour Energy, Australand, Lend Lease and RMS over his 25 years in the construction industry. His comprehensive skillset brings a diverse service offering to the Alpine Projects team.
Alan RobsonChief Financial Controller
Alan is a highly skilled and astute professional who value adds across multiple facets of management. Alan has a strong background in the Residential construction space, commitment and passion for process improvements, change management and team building. He has a practical, balanced and incisive outlook on the company, financial insights and is a trusted adviser.
Alan is also a qualified and registered accountant with 35 years hands on experience in major industry; construction, import/export, wholesale, services and manufacturing. During this period of time, Alan has held senior management positions in ASX listed companies and his own business.

With over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry, Walter’s leadership and focus on quality control and safety makes him a valuable part of our team. Working across many boutique developments over the years, he brings strong leadership and a high attention to detail to every project.
