Sam MaugeriManaging Director
Sam has been involved in construction for over 25 years. Having held senior roles in some of Australia’s leading builders, Sam brings extensive experience to Alpine Projects and provides hands on assistance to the management teams. Sam’s reputation is exemplary in the industry, and amongst his peers and colleagues.
Sam deliveries invaluable and personalised advice to his clients, grounds in his extensive industry experience. Sam prides himself on strong and timely client communication, as well as ownership of the client’s project management from start to finish.
Sam’s experience with company and commercial law provides him with the knowledge as Managing Director to lead the organisation with a forward-facing approach towards growth and financial stability across every aspect of the Alpine Business.
Phillip CircostaConstruction Director
Phillip has over 25 years’ experience across the construction industry, with a comprehensive background working on residential, commercial and civil projects.
Phillip’s experience includes office fit outs, large scale factory developments, prestige residential construction and major civil infrastructure work for clients such as Endeavour Energy, Australand, Lend lease and RMS.
Philips is highly committed to his clients and takes pride in his job. This industry which is his passion makes him efficient in delivering multiple projects simultaneously as well directing over 200 employees.
Adam BarnettChief Financial Controller
Adam Barnett has more than 20 years multi-disciplinary finance experience covering public practice, before moving into the resources and construction sectors. Throughout his career he has held senior management roles in Australia and New Zealand.
Prior to joining Alpine Projects Australia, Adam worked for Rilow Property Group and Beaver Williams HVAC in strategically focused financial and commercial roles.
He holds a bachelor of Commerce Degree and is a Certified Practicing Accountant.
Max GittanyGeneral Manager
Max has performed extensively in the construction industry with over 15 years of experience in which he has engaged in a range of roles in management, design, construction and documentation and working on a variety of projects encapsulating project management, resourcing, scheduling, construction, company systems, policies, safety, quality and human resources.
Max has worked alongside the Managing director since 2006 forming a strong bond. Prior to this he has exceptional qualifications and education in Civil Engineering and Building fields, thus working as a civil engineer for a number of years previous to Alpine.
Max has created an exceptional profile for himself with his mature and professional approach to the company, culture & projects. He plays an important role in managing the company in all fields, his ability to deliver and meet deadlines and all requirements along with assisting and motivating all levels of staff. His diverse knowledge and education in the construction industry enables him to fulfil the role of General manager to Alpine Projects Australia.
Bass AdasiBid Manager
Bass Adasi has a quantity surveying and estimating background having 22 years of experience in the construction industry. He has prepared estimates, tender costings, cost plans and has also provided cost planning advice for projects ranging from small projects through to large multimillion dollar residential tower and commercial developments projects.
Bass has become a specialist in cost planning and estimating in these sectors. Adept at creating value through detailed estimates and tender negotiations, Bass is consistent in his approach to managing consultant and subcontractor input.
Bass plays an integral role in managing the project cost, from concept stage through to tender and continuing through to project completion. His construction knowledge gives him the confidence in producing accurate budgets and estimates, value management and tendering administration alongside proven communication and relationship management strength.
Walter GaliziaSenior Project Manager
With over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry, Walter’s leadership and focus on quality control and safety makes him a valuable part of our team. Working across many boutique developments over the years, he brings strong leadership and a high attention to detail to every project.
