Working closely with the client and authorities, Alpine Projects redeveloped an existing 3 storey office building into a boutique 7 storey residential development. We were asked to deliver an affordable, yet boutique development in the heart of bustling Epping. Working closely with the client, and authorities, our project and design teams created a 7 storey residential development, consisting of 5 levels of apartments and 2 of basement car parks.
Radiance began with the demolition of 6 residences and challenging site conditions for our team. In collaboration with the client and our expert consultants, Alpine Projects were able to transform it into an elegant 4 storey residential complex. It consists of 56 residential apartments and 1 basement carpark level.
Our team took inspiration from the leafy surrounds of this southern suburb in Sydney to create apartments that are designed to combine indoor and outdoor living. Lily Apartments consist of 6 storeys, and just 19 residential apartments. Ground floor apartments have been designed to include gardens which compliment the area, spacious open living to improve functionality, and large m2 units to appeal to downsizer purchasers in the market.
Working with a site positioned in the heart of Rockdale Village, our expert design team were inspired to deliver a development that encouraged community and an urban vibe. Linked by 1 common area, two towers make up Luminary Apartments, each consisting of 7 storeys of residential living, 1 storey of retail space, as well as 3 carpark levels. In total, 55 residential apartments and 3 commercial units make up this luxury development, surrounded by well-designed landscaping and internal courtyard spaces.
Working with a site that provided the opportunity for dual street frontage, our team designed a boutique collection of 35 sophisticated residential apartments, all of which boast expansive balconies, practical floor plans and luxurious finishes. Moore Street consists of 35 residential apartments across 8 storeys, as well as 2 basement car parks.
Set amongst a leafy suburban outlook, our team focused on bringing the outside, in. Kew Gordon has been designed to be practical, whilst embracing the green parklands nearby. Situated on Sydney’s North Shore, this development consists of 6 storeys with 50 residential apartments and 3 basement car parks. Each floor plan has been created to provide ample open spaces, and invite an abundance of natural light into the home.
